Natural Inspirations!

Another summer is passing us by and so much beauty has been presented to us .. At times we become so consumed with what is going on around us, we forget to stop and see all that beauty that is right in our face !
These natural beauties can actually give us that inspiration that is needed in our every day life ... but again we are so caught up with all the petty stuff and wanting what we dont have we tend to over look the most important ingredients!
Nature has so much to offer us and it only take a moment to slow that pace down and really see how it enhances our life ..Even as summer goes by the fall has its own beauty as well as the winter .. so much to give to us and this may wake us up to appreciate all that is around us ...
Take just a moment in your day, realize how important all this is to you and allow the rest to flow .. it gives such a calm and peaceful feeling just when we need it !

Blessings in Life!
We do tend to get so caught up on the society thing and forget just how blessed we are ... so I stop and take a step back .. My plants are a sign of the love and calm that is offered to me so again I share what I am thankful for in my life !
Tell me this doesnt add a bit of sunshine to your life!!!! I love how mother nature gives us so much and all it cost is our focus to see how rich we truly are ! I do hope its a great summer for you and not a harsh winter for those having the cold period right now !

Long time since my last post so had to share my lovely months of flowers and just my love for life !!!!
This is from my Hibiscus plant of 3 years ! This is a double hibiscus and I do love my plants almost as much as my cats ! Ha had to share this beauty as they give me so much beauty and peace so had to share that with you !

Progress And Our Steps!

As the months sneak by and we are heading into the last few months of the year we reflect....what progress have we made? Are we taking the needed steps in order to progress? If we have taken at least one positive step that is progress! Give you that credit and yes, we may feel that we could have taken a few more steps but don't take away from what you have gained!
Now you are familiar with that positive feeling you get with one step so lets go for two!! We may get a bit lazy at times or we are so busy that we forget that we owe our self! So now lets make the next step a priority in our life! We are important and each time we give a little more back to us, we enhance our life and those around us!
Even if you give yourself that half hour even ten whole minutes of time that is progress.... we really are far more important and owe self that.... it's not about being self absorbed its about healing, learning and taking on new perspectives to push us forward...without those experiences and steps we can become very stuck in life and how boring that does become !
So remember to pat yourself for step one and feel good about it .. as you see the results from this it encourages us to make movement for the next few so now lets shoot for those steps...Its not that difficult to take that time for you .. show you the love that you deserve and feel good about this ! Don't make excuses as you deserve to give back to you ! I can't repeat that enough.... Listen to that inner voice scream at you ! Give back,give back, love me!
